Return policies

 

The customer can submit a purchase return request within a maximum period of 3 days from the date of received order by communicating with customer service via WhatsApp

 

 

Rules

  • The product must be in its original condition as it is at the time of purchase, and tag must be not removed.
  • Purchases that contain a request to print a name or number will not be returned.
  • We will ensure of the quality of purchases when they are returned to the store within a maximum period of two days.
  • The customer bears the cost of delivery when returning the purchases to the store and when requesting exchange.
  • The value of the delivery will be deducted when the customer requests the return of the purchases.
  • The store bears all costs if the error is on its part, and the full amount will be refunded to the customer during 24 hr.
